By accessing and using Tutionwale ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Tutionwale is a comprehensive tuition management platform that provides:
- Student and batch management
- Biometric attendance tracking and parent notifications
- Fee management and invoice generation
- Online payment processing
- Communication tools (SMS, Email, WhatsApp)
- Analytics and reporting
- Parent/student portal
- Public website and blog for tuition centres
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to create a tuition centre account
- Each tuition centre must register with a valid email address and phone number
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
4. Subscription Plans & Payments
4.1 Free Trial
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with access to all core features. No credit card is required for the trial period.
4.2 Paid Plans
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as per the selected plan
- Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days advance notice
- All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
4.3 Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if service has not been used. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the platform
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any entity
- Share login credentials with unauthorized persons
- Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications
6. Data Ownership & Responsibility
- You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform
- You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of student, parent, and financial data
- You must have appropriate consent from parents/guardians before entering student data
- We are not responsible for data entered incorrectly by users
7. Intellectual Property
The platform, its design, features, and all related intellectual property belong to Tutionwale. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
8. Availability & Uptime
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tutionwale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms & Conditions
- Have unpaid invoices beyond the grace period
- Engage in fraudulent or malicious activities
- Inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
