Is there a coaching class app for parents?
Yes. Parents log in to the Tutionwale parent portal to see attendance, fees and receipts, exam results and report cards, homework, the timetable and announcements. They also get WhatsApp and SMS updates, so even parents who never open the app stay informed.
How do I install the app on Android or iPhone?
Open your centre’s Tutionwale link in Chrome on Android and tap Install, or in Safari on iPhone tap Share and then Add to Home Screen. It opens full screen from the home screen like any other app. Nothing needs to be downloaded from an app store.
Can teachers use the app?
Yes. Teachers log in with their own account and see only their batches. They can mark attendance, set and check homework, enter exam marks, share study material and see their weekly timetable.
Can parents pay fees from the app?
Parents see every invoice with your UPI QR code, pay from any UPI app and upload the payment screenshot. You approve it and the receipt appears in their app straight away.
Does every coaching centre get its own app?
Every centre gets its own portal with its name, plus a public page with an enquiry form that you can share with new parents.
How much does the coaching class app cost?
