Timetable management software that won’t double-book a teacher

Plan the week by batch, subject, teacher and room. Clashes are caught before they reach the classroom, and students and teachers always see the current timetable on their phone.

Three checks on every class you add

Each check runs the moment you save, and tells you exactly what is in the way.

Teacher clash

A teacher cannot be in two classes at the same time, even across different batches.

Room clash

Two batches cannot be in the same room at the same time. Rooms are checked within each branch.

Batch clash

One batch cannot have two classes that overlap, so students are never expected in two places.

One timetable, everyone’s view

Change a class once and every view updates. No reprinting, no forwarding a photo of the notice board.

Owner

Questions owners ask us

Straight answers before you start your trial.

How is this different from the free timetable maker?
The free timetable maker creates a printable timetable in one go. Timetable management in Tutionwale is a live timetable linked to your batches, teachers and rooms: it blocks double bookings, and students and teachers see their own week in the app.
What clashes does it catch?
It stops you from booking the same teacher into two classes at once, putting two batches in the same room at the same time within a branch, or giving one batch two overlapping classes. The message says exactly which class it clashes with.
Can classes run back to back?
Yes. A class from 4 to 5 PM and another from 5 to 6 PM in the same room or with the same teacher is fine. Only overlapping times are blocked.
Do I have to enter my whole timetable again?
No. Adding a class takes a few seconds: pick the batch, the day and the time, and the batch’s usual teacher is filled in for you. Centres already using Tutionwale when the timetable launched had their batch timings copied in automatically.
Who can change the timetable?
The owner adds and edits classes. Teachers and the front desk can view the full timetable, and each teacher sees their own week in the staff app.
