How do I create a coaching class timetable?
Add your batches in the left panel, then drag each batch card onto the day and time slot in the grid. The tool automatically detects if the same teacher is scheduled at the same time in two different batches.
Can I download the timetable to share on WhatsApp?
Yes. Click the Download as PNG button to get a high-resolution image of your timetable. You can then share this image directly in your coaching center WhatsApp group.
What happens if two batches have the same teacher at the same time?
The conflict detector in the right panel immediately flags the issue and highlights which batches are conflicting. You can then drag one batch to a different time slot to resolve the conflict.
